U.S. passport holders need a visa to enter Vietnam. We recommend applying for your Vietnam e-Visa at least 1–2 weeks before your trip to allow enough time for processing.

Fly into Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City.
Our wedding will be held at Long Bien Palace, Tan Son Nhat Golf Course, conveniently located right next to the airport.
🏨 **Hotels**
We recommend using Agoda or Trip.com to compare and book your hotel. There are plenty of options near the airport and throughout Ho Chi Minh City.
🚗 **Transportation**
Download Grab before your trip. It works like Uber and is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to get around.
💵 **Money**
Vietnam uses the Vietnamese Đồng (VND). Credit cards are accepted in many places, but it’s still helpful to carry some cash.
If you plan to exchange USD, bring new, clean $100 bills for the best exchange rate.

⭐ **Travel Tip:** This location offers a very good exchange rate and is right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, close to Takashimaya and Nguyen Hue Walking Street. It’s a convenient place to combine currency exchange with shopping, dining, and exploring downtown Saigon.
**2. Nhị Mai Gold Shop**
If you choose to stay around Bui Vien Street, the famous backpacker area known for its nightlife, there is another recommended place nearby with a very good exchange rate.
